At Darvien®, we are committed to your satisfaction and to providing a reliable shopping experience. If your purchase does not meet your expectations or arrives defective, you may request a replacement, return, or refund according to the terms below.


1. General Conditions

All requests involving returns, exchanges, or refunds must be communicated to our support team within 360 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Requests that are not communicated within this period, or that involve missing accessories, packaging, or components, may not be eligible for processing.

2. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase whenever possible.

The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider or card issuer.

If a refund applies only to part of an order, it may be processed via bank transfer to the account holder associated with the purchase.

The customer’s identification document must match the information used during the purchase.

If the buyer does not have a matching bank account, the refund may be issued to a parent or legal guardian’s account, with proper authorization.

Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected by our logistics team.

If your product is still in transit, please wait until it arrives at our distribution center before requesting a refund.


3. Defective Products

Deadline: Up to 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Process: Contact our support team to receive instructions on how to return the product.

Once the product is collected, it will undergo inspection to confirm eligibility for exchange or refund.

If approved, you may choose between:

  • Replacement: Exchange for another available watch; or

  • Refund: Full refund of the amount paid.


4. Product Malfunction

If your watch is not functioning correctly or does not match its description, please send an email including:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Email address

  • Phone number

Our support team will assist you with the exchange process.


5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Shipping responsibility depends on the situation:

Defective or damaged product
Darvien® will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

Personal preference (e.g., color or model change)
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Each case is reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution.


6. Replacement Delivery Time

Once your exchange request is approved, we will process a replacement shipment.

Estimated delivery time: 20–45 business days.

A new tracking number will be provided once the replacement product is shipped.


7. Return Deadline

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchange or return requests after 360 days from the delivery date.

We strongly recommend inspecting your product as soon as it arrives to ensure it meets your expectations.


8. Exchange for Another Product

Yes, you may exchange your order for another model provided that it meets the conditions described in Section 1.

Please email support@darvien.com including:

  • The link or name of the new watch model

  • The desired color or variant

If the new product is more expensive, you will be charged the price difference.

If it is cheaper, we will refund the difference.

Note: For exchanges based on personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Darvien® covers shipping costs only in cases of defective or malfunctioning items.


9. Address Changes

If your address has changed, please notify us when requesting an exchange so we can update your information before reshipping.


10. Order Cancellation

If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, please refuse delivery when it arrives.

Once the product is returned to our warehouse, we will process your refund.
