At Darvien®, your satisfaction is our priority. If you purchased one of our watches and it did not meet your expectations or arrived defective, you have the right to request a replacement or return under the following conditions.


1. Defective Product

Deadline: Up to 90 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Process: Please contact our customer support team by email at support@darvien.com or via phone at +44 7529 538082 to receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

After we receive the product:

Exchange: You may choose another watch available in our inventory.

Refund: You may request a full refund of the amount paid.

Important: Exchanges or returns will not be processed if the issue is not reported within the deadline, or if the product is returned without accessories, components, or original packaging.


2. Product Malfunction

If your watch is not functioning properly, please contact us by email or phone including the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will guide you through the exchange or technical evaluation process, provided that the product meets the return conditions.


3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Shipping responsibility depends on the situation:

Defective or damaged product
Darvien® will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

Personal preference (for example color or model change)
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


4. Replacement Delivery Time

Once your exchange request has been approved, we will begin processing your replacement order.

Estimated delivery time: 20–45 business days.

A new tracking number will be provided once the replacement shipment is dispatched.


5. Exchanges Outside the Deadline

Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend inspecting your watch carefully upon delivery to ensure that everything is in perfect condition.


6. Exchange for Another Model

If you wish to exchange your order for a different watch, please send us an email including the link or name of the desired product model.

We will confirm availability and provide further instructions.

Shipping: The return shipping cost to our distribution center is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products.


7. Address Changes

If your delivery address has changed, please inform us when requesting an exchange so we can update your information and ensure successful delivery.


8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, simply refuse the delivery when the package arrives.

Once the product is returned to our warehouse, we will process your refund.
