2. Order Processing

Payment Confirmation

After placing your order, payment confirmation may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment platform or credit card issuer.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once payment has been confirmed, your order will enter the processing phase.

You will receive a tracking number by email (sent to the contact email used during checkout) within up to 8 business days after payment confirmation.

This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment in real time.

3. Delivery Guidelines

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners may attempt delivery up to three times, with 48-hour intervals between attempts.

If no one is available to receive the package or the address provided is incorrect, the package may be returned to the distribution center.

In such cases, reshipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
